My name is Sofia Pietrzak (Софія Усс), an illustrator and artist based in Chișinău, Moldova. My work blends traditional watercolor techniques with digital illustration, creating soft, atmospheric imagery inspired by nature, memory, and quiet moments of everyday beauty.

I was born in Novokuznetsk and raised in Moldova, and I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv. Over the years, I have collaborated with publishers in Moldova and Poland, illustrating children's books and developing personal projects rooted in warmth, imagination, and emotional storytelling.

Working across both traditional and digital media, I explore themes of tenderness, nostalgia, and connection — often through delicate compositions and a gentle, storybook aesthetic.
