My name is Sofia Pietrzak; my works were previously published under my maiden name, Sofia Uss.

I’m a passionate creator at heart—an artist, dreamer, and storyteller. My journey began in the bustling city of Novokuznetsk, where I first discovered the magic of art. Since then, I’ve refined my craft at Art College in Chisinau and the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv, immersing myself in the world of book graphics and visual storytelling. For most if my life I have lived in Moldova.

For me, art is more than just images—it’s a language of emotions, connections, and shared experiences. Whether through delicate illustrations or bold strokes on canvas, I strive to create pieces that speak to the soul and invite you to step into a world of imagination.

When I’m not at my easel, you can often find me curled up with a good book, exploring nature, or dreaming up my next project over a cup of tea.
